Cardio Kick Boxing

Cardio Kick-Boxing is a total-body cardio workout that combines aerobic & anaerobic levels of activity and boxing movements to increase your flexibility, strength, and cardiovascular endurance.  Join our class that combines boxing basics with music to make you want to “jab” your fat away!    

Tues & Thurs: 9:30 – 10:30am & Wed: 4:30 -5:30pm
